Foreclosures the Truth
I know the television, radio, and internet ads are promising you fantastic, unbelievable deals on all the foreclosures in Grand Junction and the Grand Valley’s market. And I know you know most of these promises are (at best ) exaggerated, bait-and-switch tactics or (at worst) scams.
I know you want (and deserve!) the best deal you can possibly get on your new home purchase. Many of you first-time buyers are depending on the obvious advantages of today’s market. And I know you know you can depend of me to expertly and efficiently steer you through the confusion – and definitely through the deception. You can!

Real estate agents have homes to sell, landscapers and plumbers have work to do, and other local businesses benefit, too. EB Realty is prepared to guide you and educate you through all the pro and cons, through all the legalese, and certainly through any misgivings you may have.
